Shipping
- We ship to the United States, Switzerland and many other countries.
- Orders ship directly from our partner warehouses.
- Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout.
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days after shipment.
- You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns
- You have 14 days after delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, clean and in their original packaging.
- Please contact us before sending anything back via our Contact page – we'll guide you through the process. Unless the item is defective or we made a mistake, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Damaged or wrong item?
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right (replacement or refund).
